If you've arrived at my wee blog, you've probably heard of that 'Squash Cookoff' event. Well, if you haven't let's just get it out of the way...In an effort to promote home cooking and seasonal eating, my business, The Intuitive Cook, is producing The Great Squash Cook-off. The event will bring together twenty amateur chefs who face the challenge of creating a delicious vegan dish that features winter squash. Prizes will be awarded to top dishes.
